Just hooked it up. All I can say is "Wow". Great addition to the HRO 60. I put it in the NBFM socket and had to lower the AF level just slightly to get it to match up with AM and CW.

The Racal, never impressive on SSB utilizing the BFO, is now a killer set, wayyyy out-performing both a Kenwood 440SAT and a Yeasu 747GX.   Most pleasing.
 
OK Ron, not looking to bore you, just thought I’d let you know what a pleasure the set is now, and how appreciative I am of the extra work you undertook for a very fair price, so I could enjoy the hobby more.

The PD-2 arrived today and works very well. Is there a 1.5 kc offset from the counter? Anyway a very nice addition.
