The DD-101H/U Digital Dial is programmable for all Hammarlund receiver models, and is also a universal digital dial for all single conversion receivers that use the standard 455 KHz IF, made by other manufacturers. Hammarlund models supported are, HQ-100, HQ-105, HQ-110, HQ-120, HQ-129-X, HQ-140, HQ-145, HQ-150, HQ-160, HQ-170, HQ-180, HQ-200, SP-110, SP-200/210, SP-400, and SP-600. The model number is displayed on the top line of the LCD. FREQ is displayed when the dial is used in the universal mode. A TCXO is used for the reference frequency which makes the dial highly accurate and stable. The dial can be calibrated to compensate for receiver misalignment or crystals that have aged. Operation is automatic on most receivers. There is one switch located on the rear panel. Some single conversion receivers switch the local oscillator from high side injection to low side on some bands, which requires the use of the switch. Installation is possible without soldering. Also included is a wall wort plug-in power supply.
